This is really dumb, but I can't find a simple solution... I have a client that receives orders on the internet. She cuts names, addresses, etc, and pastes them into the appropriate FM field.

Frequently the data is in a larger size font, or an odd color.

She wants the data to convert to the font, size and color of the appropriate field. Is there a way to do this other than a complicated script that will reformat the text in each field?

She needs to use the key combination of o Opt-Cmd-V on the Mac.
