PostScript error. No PDF file produced.

We have tried several times to recreate the PDF and have not received the message again, however, we are unable to view the PDF that is created.

The PDF window pops up with the pages greyed on the left and with the 1st page showing on the right. Can't scroll or anything - it basically just locks up.

Oh the cryptic stuff above was saved to a .LOG file with the name that was specified for the .pdf.

Any ideas on how to fix all of this would be appreciated.

I have downloaded the 8.0v2 update but it doesn't seem to make a difference either.
