Updating records without specified field name

I need to update records without a specified field name. Field names and values for each will be passed over from the previous screen, and this script needs to update the records depending on the field name and its value. Please let me know how to do that.

No, "changing." I want to change the current record to a different one.

I found a solution... by using SQL Query UPDATE statement.
