Finding an exact string

Hi, I have a field that has the following values in it:

Molecular Pharmacology

Molecular Pharmacology - Imaging

Is there a way I can do a find that will find only

the "Molecular Pharmacology" records and not the

records that have the word "imaging" after them ?
