Are you sure both fields are NUMBERS?

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question, lets start with the basics.

There are two types of Finds,

[color:blue]And = [color:green]One Record Request with two or more fields needing to be matched (In other words, to find all record created on 1/1/2005 that has a Zip Code of 95453, finds only records [color:green]meeting both criteria.

[color:blue]OR = [color:green]More than one Record Request with at least one field on each request. In other words, Request one would be to find record created on 1/1/2005, New Record Request find Zip Code equal 95453. This find will [color:green]finds records meeting either Record Request's Find Criteria.

It is better to use real field names. So far I understand you have three fields.

Field One is a number

Field Two is a number

You Mentioned a Field Three, but not what it's significance is.

An example of the Miles was foggy.

are you trying to find a range in two fields with a [color:blue]And or [color:blue]Or find?

It may be helpful to see a sample of your file.
