I want to use text from a filemaker field as a link to another website. For example: my_field

More info here. I am using xslt custom web publishing to serve out the pages with server adv 8.

I tried that route and it returns the markup you gave on the page.

Try looking at 128.175.89.211/fmi/xsl/summercamps/camplist.xsl

The email and website are the fields I would like to make into links.

So why did you post this in the Server Advanced Forum? There is an XML/XSLT forum for such questions. You might read this thread, there might be already a hint for you.
