Is it possible to display records that only conform to a set criteria?

For example I have a Invoice line table and I only want to display lines where the invoiced field is equal to a particular number.

You can show filtered values in portal by defining relationship

Yer i have done that but i know want to print the invoice header and the all of it's lines.

is this possible ?

After viewing in browse mode you can use go to related records script step, and print related records in thair own table.

Ok i have added a button on to the invoice screen that has the invoice lines in a portal.

i have set up a layout that just shows invoice lines. when i press the button it runs a script that is set to load related records in this new layout. then sets the new layout to preview mode.

this works but the i either get the only q invoice line back or all of the lines in the database.

What i am doing worng ?
