2 colomn text field

Hi, have been searching the forums but could not find the answer.

Is it possible to entry data in a single column text field and display this in another layout as a 2 column text field?

Only with a kludge, where you would estimate (conservatively) the maximum number of words or characters that would fit in a column, then find the nearest breakpoint and use it to split the text into two calculation fields.

There's another way that involves putting a test layout into Preview mode in a loop, until the exact break point is found - but it's quite elaborate and hardly worth the effort.
