Import Quicken into FM

My bank is changing the file format of downloaded Quicken transactions from QIF into the newer QFX, which appears to be XML. Does anyone have an XSLT already written to do the transformation for importing into FM?

Here is the basic data structure of the transaction list in the QFX file:
