our look up fields won't look up on the web, does this need a cookie or a plug in or something?!?!?

If your talking aboout entering information into a field then having others populate, then no this will not work. There really isn't a "live" connection between the browser and the database, just pages and info going back and forth. So, if you enter info into a field, the database doesn't know you've entered anything entil you submit the page. For lookups to work, you'll have to submit the field the lookup's are based on then goto a format page containing the looked-up fields. That way, the field is submitted, the look-ups trigger and populate with data, and can then be displayed. Hope this helps.
