We are using iwp to connect to our server and some people fail to log out of the database they are in. With the size of our office it does not take long for 100 people to be "stuck" because they failed to log off. We have been reseting the publisher or stopping and starting the server. Does anyone else have another solution to clear out the "stuck" people?

Isnt there a timer function to kick (disconnect inactive users) them after a set time?

There is an idle time setting in the Web Publishing Console. It may be set to 60 minutes by default. Try setting it to a shorter time.
