I'm not sure this can be done and I haven't seen this discussed recently so let me ask the question. Can you change backgound or border colors based on the content of a field?

I have a field called "Type." Choices are "Client", "Candidate", "Source." I'd like to have the backgound color change based on the type of contact.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hasn't anyone had this problem before? I was looking at LaRetta's "Field Factory" but not sure how to take that apart and make it work. Any suggestions are appreciated.
