srtackett Posted February 13, 2001 Posted February 13, 2001 Hopefully someone can help. Working in FM 3. What I need to do is set up a database, where in 1 record there is a list of possible options (let's say 10). The user needs to be able to choose any number of the options. I then need these choices only to be printed on a separate layout. Possible? I'm guessing a script w/ a looping if statement, since I can't search for multiple fields within one record . . . but, then again, if I knew the answer I wouldn't be asking. Thanks for any response/direction. Shane Tackett
LiveOak Posted February 13, 2001 Posted February 13, 2001 Easier than that. Just create one field, create a value list for the field, format the field as "checkboxes". Click as many or few items as you like. Finds work with checkbox fields. -bd
