value list problem

I have a value list named province. On selecting a provence, i want to show a value list containing all city's in that province. I don't want to make value lists for all provinces but i want that Filemaker creates them.

I need these value lists to make it easy to search on province and all cities who are available in the database

I use Filemaker pro 4.1

Anybody any sugestions???

Build a relationship based upon province and display the cities based upon this relationship. Any cities for this province already entered will be displayed. -bd
