Question, is there a program that is better for editing XML then Dreamweaver?

I've had a few issues using this and was wondering of there is anything better.

FM lists a few apps on their XML web site: www.filemaker.com/xml.

I'm on Windows and I use Stylus Studio, don't know any good ones for Mac.

In a recent post, Fenton recommended cladiona Exchanger XML Lite , which is Java based and free for non-commercial use. It's pretty good, but as all other Java programs has a quirky file dialog.
