Script needed for adding up points

I made a "health quiz" in FileMaker, and each item is worth one point. How do I make a script for adding up points?

Attached is the list of health variables and their points.

I could add them up by hand, but it seems like there must be a more time-efficient way. Any suggestions of how I could have FileMaker add up the points?

I changed my mind - I'm going to do a single drop down menu, then tally up the points later in Excel.
