Can a FileMaker file be accessed via IWP and via the FileMaker application depending on whether the user has FileMaker installed or not?

Appreciate any help here.

yes...this is what im a using.

Make sure the IWP user logs out correctly and also submits or cancels when they edit/create records. If not you will not be able to access the record from Filemaker.
