You can send HTTP e.g. by way of telnet and simulate by this way the behaviour of your form, or write some .NET or even Java routines that do the same, or write a shell script that does the upload by ftp and sends the remaining parameters.

However, this is a forum for XML/XSLT in relation to FileMaker. I don't see anything in your question that is related to this topic. Please post your question in another appropriate forum.
