Hi everyone,

Is it possible to save a copy of a hosted file from a remote location? it is greyed out from the menu. Can it be scripted? I created a test script but it didn't work. I didn't get an error message it just ran the script with the save a copy as step, using the remote desktop as the output file with the copy after the filename. it ran but no copy. Is this just not possible?

Save as... is not available in networked solutions for obvious security reasons. However, if you are running FileMaker Server, you can have the automated backup place the backup file(s) somewhere which is remotely accessible.
