linking IWP from company website

Here is my situation:

1.Company website on a PC, OS XP Pro, using Apache.

2.Another networked PC, OS XP Pro, running Filemaker 8 Adv.

I have created a custom iwp_home.html page and put this in the web folder within the filemaker directory.

I need to be able to click on a link from company website which will then open up my custom iwp_home.html page (both on seperate PC's)

Can anyone assist me with this?!!!

I have Dreamweaver MX for working on the company website.
