On my invoices I have five fields: date, job description, time, rate, and charge. Four of the fields are always 1 line, but job description can run from 1 to 5 lines. I need to show the entire job description. I would like it to look like this:

But no amount of sliding or resizing gives me the desired effect. I've also tried merges, but that doesn't seem to work either. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

That worked! Now I understand why I couldn't do it. I was trying to do it through a portal. I was hammering a square peg into a round hole: trying to fix the peg instead of the hole.
