mdroyal Posted May 3, 2006 Share Posted May 3, 2006 I have a 7 client LAN running FM5.5 and the clients are FM6. All the machines are OSX Tiger 10.4.4 or higher and 1 is an intel iMac running 10.4.6 The Intel iMac has been getting disconnected from the server for no apparent reason and I'm wondering if there is a compatability problem. IdealData Posted May 3, 2006 Share Posted May 3, 2006 Is the iMac using enrgy saver preferences? If it's set to go to sleep then all network connections will be lost. I have FM5/5.5 and 6 clients with 5.5 server and ALL operating systems (98, XP, OS9 - 10.4.6) - no problems. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
