Could anyone give me a clue as to how long FM 8 certification takes to achieve. I've got about a month of free / debug time coming up post uni exams and i've been meaning to get aound to it for a while...

Also, if anyone could point me toward some appropriate resources that'd be great.

Hard to say, it depends on how proficient you already are with FM8. Take the Professional Training Series book as your guide, plus the white papers on the FM website, the tech info database and last but not least the FM help file. Read through all of that, which will take you about a week or so. How much more time depends on how much new stuff you find in that material.
