Hello

I am new in this Forum.

I have a group of records and I would like to count them.

I already count the total but I cannot count by a field.

EX. how many records has "xxxx" in supplier field?

In excel I used count if function but I cannot find any similar here.

Sounds like a subsummary report to me. When developers want determine how many records contain what values in a particular field, they usually turn to subsummary parts and summary fields.
