Does anyone know if it's possible to format the field to show the "Other" option at the top of the list, rather than at the buttom?

I know this is an option added by the system, but can I specify where I want it in the list?

I don't think so, at least not directly. You could use one of the dialog plug ins or AppleScript to do this if you're on Mc OS.

You can alway make a value list that looks like this:

Other

-

Option 1

Option 2

etc.

...but of course it won't bring up an editing option the way FileMaker's "native" Other does. You can always add another field for that, though, which may be a better way to do it anyway.
