Ok, its easily possible export a PDF but is it possible to view one through a container field or by some other means?? I cannot find a way.

I have some awkward customers who will only send art work in PDF format. Is there anyway to link to the files or view them??

If you insert your PDF as a reference, you can then double-click on the field and open the PDF in your default application for viewing PDFs. Next time you insert a PDF, look at the lower left corner for the "store only a reference to the file" check box. You can also create a script that opens the PDF using the Go to Field step with the option to "select/perform" checked.
