Hey - probably being really dense - but can anyone tell me how to export data from Filemaker so that when opened in excel the field names become the column names...

Help - it's driving me mental...

Been awhile since I used v5, but in v6 you can export as HTML, if not then the Merge will do it, but you will need to select the Delimited Option, and then the comma.

[color:red]BTW, look up File Formats in the online help (available when FM is running) and there is a list of the different formats, and what they will do.
