Newbies jchern Posted March 14, 2002 Newbies Posted March 14, 2002 I am obviously a beginner, is there any way to just have the data from check boxes that are checked to appear in the report, not all the boxes, checked or unchecked. For the radio buttons as well.

Keith M. Davie Posted March 27, 2002 Posted March 27, 2002 Anolther option may be to use a printing layout in which you format the fields as "Standard" instead of as "Checkbox", "Radio", etc.
