Value list from Account Names

Is there a way to create a value list showing all of the Names from Accounts and Privileges?

No built-in way. But you could create a User table with all the account names, and use that as the source for a value list.

Keep in mind that using a value list of account choices reduces the security by giving hackers the first part of what they need to get in.
