v8.02 patch won't run

I'm in the process of updating approx. 40 terminals to v8.03. I've had no problems with all but one.

On this particular one, I had missed the v8.02 patch. Whenever I double click on the "setup" icon to apply it, I get an InstallShield dialogue box which says:

Command line parameters:

/L language ID

/S Hide initialization dialogue. For silent mode use: /S

/v/qn.

/V parameters to MsiExec.exe

/UA

/UW

/UM

(see attached)

This has not happened on any other machine, and I have done about 25 so far.

These are Windows machines running Windows XP Professional SP2. I've tried running the patch for v8.03 and it gives me the expected error box that means I need to upgrade first. But, it at least runs without the above error.

Anyone else see anything like this before?
