I have created some scrolling portals which function correcltly, but now I cannot get the scroll bar to appear in any new portals I try to create. The new portals function normally (ie, they scroll) but the scroll bar is not visible... all my experimenting so far has been in vain. Can anybody help please?

Check that the line attributes for the portal are not set to transparent and are set to a different colour than your background

Thank you very much. Somewhere along the line I selected the transparent pattern in the pattern pallette... not knowing what it was, and from that point onwards of course I had the problem.
