Newbies cathynatasha Posted September 5, 2000 Newbies Posted September 5, 2000 I want one layout in a filemaker pro 5 database to display all of the records in a list. I have tried following the instructions in the user guide for leading grand summaries, I have done everything it says, but its not working. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

Not enough information here to even try. Vaughan Posted September 15, 2000 Posted September 15, 2000 Don't use a leading grand summary. To "display all of the records in a list" use a normal columnar or extended columnar layout. Summaries are only used when you *don't* want to see all of the records but you want to get totals and counts.
