Newbies cathynatasha Posted September 5, 2000 Newbies Share Posted September 5, 2000 I want one layout in a filemaker pro 5 database to display all of the records in a list. I have tried following the instructions in the user guide for leading grand summaries, I have done everything it says, but its not working. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? Not enough information here to even try. Vaughan
Don't use a leading grand summary. To "display all of the records in a list" use a normal columnar or extended columnar layout. Summaries are only used when you *don't* want to see all of the records but you want to get totals and counts.
