Is there an easy way to print a static page on the back of each page of a report?

Hi,

I need to find a solution to be able to print a staic page (terms and conditions) on the back of a multi-page report (multi-page invoice). I am having a hard time figuring this one out. Anyone have any ideas?

How about writing a script that just prints out the terms and conditions and then performing this script immediately after every other multi page printout script
