I recently created a calendar solution that had multi lingual capabilities... one of my calculations referenced the name of the day and of course this failed across language Versions of FileMaker... the problem was solved easily enough by setting the names of the days on startup...

I am currently building a major update to my main solution for 6/7 languages and would love to know of any language issue that people have come across.

Documentation for Fm 8 Help says Get(SystemLanguage) returns current language in english

"Returns Japanese when Japanese is the language currently set on the operating system."

What is the list of languages?

When doing font formatting calc "bold+italic" is this always in english too?

Has anyone produced documentation for x language development...
