Trigger a AppleScript from PHP

Featured Replies

I have searched the web and not found a solution for this. Does anyone know of a way to trigger an AppleScript from PHP? If so, could you please reply with the code. and the procedure.

Thanks in advance - Sam

Hi Sam,

I don't have an answer for this, but I could certainly use it too. So will keep looking at this thread.

I don't have any specific code, but from PHP you can call a FileMaker Script. From a FileMaker Script you can can make AppleScript calls.

As for passing parameters, you might need to store the data in a record and then have the FileMaker Script retrieve the info.

Does that help?
