parsing tab-separated text from vertical to horizontal orientation

Hi, I've been given a big text file that has info in it like this (tab separated):

Stock Number: 22249

Genotype: y[1] w[*]; P{y[+m8]=Mae-UAS.6.11}CG8728[LA00703]

Chromosome(s): 1;2

Breakpts/Insertion: 43F3 (R3 flank), 2R:3000001 (R3)

Date added: 2/17/06

Comments: May be segregating CyO, J.M.

Pivoting in Excel would be the easiest way, IMHO.
