Can a square be just an object?

This probably has a simple answer, but for main menus or navigation menus, I put buttons on top a square (that I drew and added a color). Now everytime the square is clicked on, an error pops up saying the required table is missing.

What am I doing wrong?

Please post the script you are using, your tables, relationships and the context of your layout so we can assist you. In general, it sounds like your script references a table occurrence that is not related to the table occurrence attached to the current layout.

As I was getting the info to post, I saw that the table was going to "unknown" .. .so I changed it in the layout set up and the error is gone.
