Mary Ann Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 I work with mentally challenged people. I have training criteria set up where I can record the number of prompts required to perform a step in a task. This is recorded daily on paper and entered in a cumulative format at the end of each week. State reviewers think this data tells them if the consumer is making progress on his training objective. I want to show what the cumulative scores are for the last week of the month on the record for the first week of the next month so I have a reference as to whether the scores in the first week of the new month indicate progress, maintaining or regression as compared to the last week of the previous month. How do I do this?
Fitch Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 You could make a self-relationship by consumer id, set the relationship to sort by date descending, and then display the related field, or put it in a portal which would allow you to see ALL the progress history.
Mary Ann Posted June 16, 2006 Author Posted June 16, 2006 Thanks, I'll give it a try. Appreciate the suggestion.
