How do I have buttons remain visible in View as Table mode?

You have to make the Option Show Header in your layout Edit of Table View.

I.e., go into Layout Mode >> Main Menu >> Layouts >> Layout View >> Properties >> Include Header Part.

The buttons are in the header, but they don't show up in "View as Table" mode

Jason, you have to select the option to show the header. Follow the trail I laid out in my last post, and you will see the button as an option for the Table View. :)
