subtract days calc excl weekends/holidays

Ok so I've figured out the below calc to identify the number of days between date1 and date2

If(not IsEmpty(Date08e);

Int((Date08eW - Date08sW) /7)*5 +

Mod(Date08eW - Date08sW; 7) - 

Case(DayOfWeek(Date08eW) < DayOfWeek(Date08sW); 2)

- Count(ADM_Holidays08::Date)

What I need to do now is identify "bring-ups" (due dates) based on date1 - days

so if date1 = 30/06 LESS 28 days = 22/05 (23/05 less 1 day for public holiday on 12/06)

I've been trying to break down the calc above, and have read up on Mod but don't quite get it I know I have to identify how many days aren't valid (w/ends or holidays) and minus those off the original date as well.
