I have created a database with 5 other related files. The main database grabs the needed information from the other files. My problem is that when I run the main database and related files with the master password I have no problems, when I add the user passwords to the main and related files the main database will not work when I log in with a user password. When I click in a box that should show a pop up menu I get "undefined value". I set up all the files the same and I still get this problem. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you have disabled some user privilege you need. As an experiment try enabling user privileges one at a time and see if the problem goes away. Without knowing a lot more about how your files and password are configured, I can't be more specific.
