I have a many row .txt from a exel spread sheet im trying to import into filemaker. Is there any way other then making the .txt a string to get filmaker to ignore the returns so it imports all the data as diffrent Fields in one record?

as it is right now FM asumes each line is a new record.

This topic comes up from time to time. The answer can be found by doing a search for [color:blue]+import +"Single Field". I just did this search and got 21 hits. a verable of Single might be +"One Field", however, the search that I pulled had a couple of recent post that I rmember covering your question.
