February 15, 200223 yr This is the complaint I got from my client, I have not worked in a server environment before. Can someone make suggestions where to start to fix this. This is the message I was talking about: "1 record(s)could not be modified because they were in use by other users or your password does not enable you to use them". It came up this morning the first time I entered a password. I then proceeded to enter a new leak proposal request and then print a work order. The property name and address again did not appear on the work order. I shut down FileMaker and brought it back up this time using #2 instead of #1 as a password, as you advised. The above message box quote came up again about the records not able to modify, etc. but I was able to print the work order and the correct information came up. Thanks For The Help Joe
