My Portal Data won't print!

I need help. I created a portal on my layout showing related records from another table.

It shows when I'm in browse mode, but when I preview it, my portal data disapears!!

Hi Jake a few things to check/note

1/ Try printing it cos sometimes things do just dissapear in preview mode but print fine

2/ Check that your portal is not set to 'do not print' This is done in layout mode> Format>sliding/printing

3/ Portals are not great tools when it comes to printing. Most people would do the printing from within the file that the related records come from. That way you only have to pull one set of data in to do your print routine cos all the others are there already. That way you eliminate the need for a portal in the print routine
