Is there a command (CDML) to force the Web Security DB to release the ClienUserName ?

I need a way to log users out so that a different user can login from the same physical machine.

unless I misunderstand your question, this is a *browser* function: most modern browsers remember the password for the session (some like MIE may remember it "permanently").

Try quitting and restarting the browser between users.
