:P Hello,

I am relatively new to Filemaker. I have a database which I am trying to export into another application. I have exported the database at present to a CSV file. However when I look at the CSV file there are no Field names.

How do I export my field names along with the data.

Use the Merge format.

Ignore this post, I just realized Merge is not a command but a file type. Can we tell I'm tired yet?

I think you do very well tired

When I tried to manually export, I tried the CSV & Tab delim options and they did not include Field Names. But when I tried the "Merge" format it indeed DID include the Field Names and the data as comma delimited.

I think it's the winner!
