I'm writing for the company I work for. The owner needs some help with the server.

We have a connection to the FM Server because it is showing the Samples files provided by FM on the server. We can't however, see the main database that we use. It says that the connection is "Closed". If he tries right clicking and Connecting to "All databases" then it says "Checking" for a split second and then goes back to "Closed".

He would like to know how to restore the file...just where to begin.

Any help? Thanks :(
