Title Header Sliding/Printing

Featured Replies

Hello All!

Can a title header part slide and reduce in size?

I am setting up my project quoting layout and I am trying to include a cover letter. I want the cover letter to be on the top front page. The only place I figure to put it is in the title header. I am using the Set Sliding/Pringing feature in the other parts, sub-sum, body, etc... and it is working well! But for some reason un-known to me I can not get the Sliding/Pringing feature to work in the Title Header. I have tried a number of things to test and try to make work with no success.

Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong, if it is possible, or if there is a work-around???

Of course, thank you in advance!

I did some reading, and here is what I found.

You can set layout parts to shrink when the fields in them slide up. Headers, footers, title headers, and title footers NEVER shrink or slide up.

After finding out that I was un able to slide the title header, the solution was as simple as adding an additional part. In my case it was a Leading Grand Summary part.
