Does anyone know of an easy way to copy field definitions (not the data) from one table into another table in the same file....without just re-creating them???

Using FMP 8.5 or FMP 8 Advanced.

Since vs. 8 (Advanced), you can import tables and copy tables. Look in FM Help for: Import Table Schema and Copy Table Schema. Copy Tables only copies all the fields and calcs. And you can copy/paste specific calcs from one table to the other. Look in your Define Database Tables tab for Import and Copy. And in the Fields table, look for Copy/Paste buttons as well.
